Azaan V/S Angelus at 6am

I am a morning person, love to wake up early and just think of something beautiful. Every day is special and it is important for me to feed my mind with a new thought. I woke up one morning with something happening in my ears. I heard some sound that touched my heart. I firstly thanked god that there was no creature loitering in my ears, I really can’t be friends with them. I sat on my bed, reflecting on what I was hearing. I live in a place where Church and Mosque is almost at an equal distance from home, I am used to hearing the sound of the bell and the recitation of azaan almost every morning. To my surprise I discovered something really beautiful that morning. Here it goes:

Azaan is a call to pray, it has the touch of human voice.  It is recited 5 times a day starting with Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Magrib and Isha. The rest is your research, I have done mine.

The Angelus (Latin for "angel") is a Christian devotion in memory of the Incarnation. The name Angelus is derived from the opening words: Angelus Domini nuntiavit Mariæ ("the Angel of the Lord declared unto Mary"). It is recited three times daily: 6:00 am, noon and 6:00 pm. The angelus is usually accompanied by the ringing of the angelus bell, which is a call to prayer and to spread good will to everyone on Earth.

Religions speak a universal language of prayer, it is always a message of good will. Azaan and Angelus don’t complain when they have to be recited together. Then who are you to say let’s have a match…. Azaan v/s Angelus ????
