Face to a Faucet

I don't think she was that thirsty, she might have been. I don't think there was lack of drinking water, i think there can be a possibility.What comes to your mind when you see this picture. I stood by her for a while to understand what exactly this small girl was up to. She collected drops of water joining both her palms and drank water. She did her best to suck water from the tap. The girl from this village has many constrains, she lacks good education, food and so many things that is so called human rights. I felt like breaking that lock and letting her enjoy her basic rights. Why that lock? Can you find a face to this faucet??
