BIDOR

Bidor is a small town in one of the districts in Malaysia. Staying among the indigenous people of Orang Asli for 3 days was a blessing to me. Also enjoying the Gepai falls was like a dream come true. Staying in their small huts and having Makan (food) with them was an occasion for me to remember for life. The children in the village were cute and become our guides in the village. Even though we didn't understand their language, they caught our hands and took us around. Especially, the one standing in front of me was my cute buddy. These indigenous people faced problems like the Adivasis (Tribals) do in India. Even though Kuala Lumpur was few kilometers away, the status of these indigenous people needed help. I learnt that people all over the world are same and there is a compassionate universal language of humanity. When we fail to understand this down to earth phenomena, then we surely lack something very important for life. All of us struggle in life, it is just that few complain and few don't ....like Orang Asli. Meeting Adivasis in India and interacting with them helps me understand life with the right attitude. There is something special about these people. I am in search for that. You never know, it might be the best discovery of my life.
