Dog Water

Walking down the road, this small blue kinda bucket caught my attention, more than that was the board which made sense to me. Should i call it concern or caution. Considering the water crises in the country with no rains and shortage of water for life, it was good to know that some actually cared for the street dogs. Well the question to ask is, if the dog could read that this water was for him or the man on the road was made aware that the dog had a share here. Nevertheless, it feels nice.
