Encountering a Bishop

Today when I entered a room full of religious ( nuns and priests). There i found him smile at me, i smiled back at him. He was going around smiling and meeting people, and i said to myself "he is a cute old guy". I was at one corner of the room trying to be comfortable on my chair. He came up to me and said, "hello" and i stood up to wish him and introduced myself and then i asked "And you are?". He smiled humbly and said, "Bishop Agnelo Gracias". And my eyes were wide open. I took his right hand and kissed his ring. And we both laughed !!!! (as he knew that i had got a shock of my life). Was an honour to make a presentation in his presence and talk to him personally. And when he was leaving, he wished me and said.. "Nice meeting you Marina". Wow!! What a Blessing!! Even after seeing his picture so many times, seeing him in the church and knowing about his works. I just got blank when he introduced himself. Sometimes people just teach you what is to be down to earth by the way they live. Thanks Bishop for making me feel so awesome.
